Your babys skin is delicate. Scrubbing or vigorous washing wont clear up breakouts faster but will irritate the skin. Dont pick, pop, or squeeze the blemishes. Let them heal on their own.

You may be tempted to pop or pick at the bumps on your babys face. Do your best to resist this urge. Breaking open the acne does little good in the long run and can lead to infection and scarring. You might even cause your babys sebaceous (oil-making) glands to kick into high gear and produce even more oil.
