Question: Is there a difference between any and all?

Use any for a specific instance of a group, any kid, any bus, any car, any word, any answer, and use all to mention every instance of a collection.

What is the difference of everyone and anyone?

Anyone means anybody or any person. It refers to an individual in a group; which one doesnt matter. Everyone means everybody or every person.

Does several mean 3?

By definition, several means three or more (but often less than many, which we will cover next.) So, if several party-goers out of a group of nine were intoxicated, several could correctly be translated as three or four. If five party-goers were intoxicated, that would usually be stated as most.

When using any in a sentence?

In general, any is used in negative sentences and questions: I didnt get any nice presents for Christmas this year. I looked in the cupboard but I couldnt find any biscuits.
